I definitely want to go as well. Does anyone have any information on where tickets might be found?

Do they limit a certain number of people per candidate or can anyone attend who buys a ticket?

They aren't checking, and Houston has been remarkably fair. Gravel is still listed on KHOU's candidate page.

If we can sit on the edges of every few rows down, applauding and booing at key times -- it psychologically makes other people join in. Sitting spread out like that makes it seem like more people are doing the given reaction.
