Don't forget the Murray Sabrin Money bomb on Feb 29th to support another great liberty candidate running in New Jersey :)

It won't happen. They already TRIED this several election cycles back by attempting to gerry-mander Ron Paul into a mostly Democratic voting district. Guess what? He still won. This is why the Democrats rarely even bother fielding a candidate against him. The man is unbeatable, and certainly will remain so against some sort of unknown, disgusting neo-con.

Resting on laurels is never a good idea.

Absolutely! I am in full agreement about that. Let's help Dr. Paul knock out the neo-con scumbag running against him. Then he'll be free to worry less about his Congressional seat, since the Dems rarely field an opponent (let alone a serious one when they do).

you can't rest on your laurels!

the people in RP's district are great but he is facing an opponent who has spent over a HUNDRED THOUSAND dollars, his opponent is serious about getting that seat and make no mistake, the GOP establishment would love nothing more.

his constituents still need to be mailed/called/reminded and motivated to support him on the ballot, every dollar helps

If you're maxed out to the pres campaign can you donate to the congressional one?

Why would any Republican run against a Republican incumbent for Congress. That's shameful and is purely out of special-interest.

RP still needs $235K by February 9.

http://www.ronpaulforcongress.com/

If we email our meetups about this, it should be possible. This is small change compared to previous money bombs.

Please donate to his Congressional run.

The Dems aren't even running anyone in his district this year; the LP will withdraw their candidate if he is renominated.

Only neo-con Chris Peden stands between RP and reelection.

Ron Paul sent this out tonight:

"I also have another priority. I have constituents in my home district that I
must serve. I cannot and will not let them down. And I have another battle I
must face here as well. If I were to lose the primary for my congressional seat,
all our opponents would react with glee, and pretend it was a rejection of our
ideas. I cannot and will not let that happen.

In the presidential race and the congressional race, I need your support, as
always. And I have plans to continue fighting for our ideas in politics and education that I
will share with you when I can, for I will need you at my side. In the meantime,
onward and upward! The neocons, the warmongers, the socialists, the advocates of
inflation will be hearing much from you and me."

Please contribute if you can and please spread the word to meetups and beyond. He needs over $225K this weekend to help him keep his house seat.

Thankfully, the money is trickling in... we're not at the level of a money bomb yet though.

If you haven't seen the propaganda being used to smear Dr. Paul in the congressional race, check out this thread:

Please donate if you can and spread the word to any and all RP supporters.
