What I will describe here is a means to force the existing government to return to the true rule of law. Keep in mind this would take some polishing.
The Key is a movement with no leaders, leaders will be captured eventually if there were any. Then there is means and simplicity.
The simplicity is there as you will see, and the freedom movement certainly have the means and the numbers even if only a small portion broke off from the core it would be more than is needed.
BUT the more the better and swifter.
SHUT DOWN WASHINGTON, take two things from Washington and it can not function. Communication and Staff.
#1 - This bit will take the most individuals- Callers, nonstop random callers, a few thousand with a list could tie up phone line indefinitely.
#2 - This requires as little as 100 people with the right setup, email bombs through proxies would effectively shut down the other half of their communication.
#3 - Staff, this would take amazingly few but perhaps a little co-ordination. Slow driving would congest traffic to the point that Staff would not be able to make it to work all day at best hours late at worst. This would be the crippling blow. A few slow drivers start it soon it bumper to bumper and impossible to determine whom the culprits are. Even public/city drivers could act, buses and such.
With the phones Jammed and no one to answer them the machine will start to panic. People will start asking question as they are stuck in traffic and see it recurring every day for weeks- months on end.
With no staff they will be helpless, forced to answer the phones themselves. Soon answers will be demanded and the media will not cover it for fear of feeding the movement, in turn people will turn to the net for more answers. Site will spring up explaining whats happening feeding people the answers the need and waking masses. More will join the movement and support will flourish for it.
Washington will be forced to answer the movements demands, which would be the return to constitutional law and the repeal of all illegal laws which pollute this once great nation.

A true snowball/domino effect, no violence needed.
