94,000 "Decline-to-State" votes in Los Angeles County are being rejected due to a ballot design flaw, despite its discovery by Courage Campaign and official notification to the Registrar prior to Election Day.

L.A. County Registrar REFUSES to count the ballots!

Is this normal procedure?

This affects the Democrats mainly, because "Decline to state" had to fill out a special section of their ballot to vote on the Democrat ticket. So it is these ones that are getting rejected.

Both the Democrats AND Republicans had BIG issues with their ballots in CA. The Dem one is above - tens of thousands of independents who were supposed to be able to vote on the Dem ticket, as you see, weren't allowed to when they should have been.

On the Republican side, a huge number who were registered Republican (many for all their life) were told at the booth that they were listed as "decline to state." Because the Rep primary was closed, they were either (erroneously) told they could not vote in it at all, or were (correctly) given provisional Republican ballots. The fate of those provisional ballots isn't determined.

Voters of all stripes got really, really hosed in the CA primary.

Not just CA, the whole country was screwed by the election process...

Does one really think that McFly and Kiln-Ton really have support?

Yes, they do. I've spoken to plenty of people that voted for both.
