no. remember, he's only suspended his campaign. He didn't quit.

Montana: They elected bound national delegates. They become unbound at a brokered convention.
Nevada: The state delegates are not bound and can vote for anyone they wish.

"Suspending" a campaign has different effects based on if you are Republican or Democrat. With Democrats, the delegates are still yours until you drop out. With Republicans, they go back to the states... so I think it's up to the states as to how these are given out (I'm guessing they use the same rules they originally did when they had the primary?).
