With Mitt out, the voters looking for a conservative will be told by the MSM that Huckabee is the "only" conservative left in the race.

Those voters won't go for McCain. They hate him. Instead, they will blindly go to Huckabee.

Do what you can to not let it happen.

How does one "take down Huckabee"?

It's apparently been too long since the "snake oil saleman" concept was in American politics. He's pretty easy to spot, or so I thought.

No... we need to take down McCain, Huck needs to stay in the race to split the ticket more.

Huckabee's campaign manager, Ed Rollins, was quoted on The Situation Room as conceding that it was "mathematically impossible" for him to get the delegates to win the nomination. So, maybe Huck will drop out soon.

Its also impossible for Ron Paul though.

No, since Huckabee can't get a majority of delegates, we only need to prevent more McCain delegates. That is the ONLY priority. Becoming Ron Paul delegates is part of that priority.

Huck takes himself down if his record as governor ever gets out. #6 on here shows a tiny par of all the things he did that are public record. He was convicted 5 times.

If Huck drops out then Republicans will have 2 choices. TONS of Republicans hate McCain so it would be possible for Ron Paul to sweep the remaining states. Or at least grab enough delegates to make it a brokered convention.

Don't give up the fight!!!
