With McCain as the presumed nominee, we will most likely see the primaries become much less populated. Significantly less people may vote in the Republican primaries, perhaps allowing us to capture an overall higher percentage. This leads me to believe that the Romney drop-out may be a blessing in disguise; if we can pull off 2-3 upset victories in the wake of this announcement, it would be a significant boon to our message.

At this point, allowing Ron Paul to speak at the convention and have some clout would be well worth it. I think that we owe America that much.

Interesting thought.

We have already secured the right to speak at the convention. They allowed Dennis Kucinich to speak to the Democrats in 2004, and Alan Keyes to the Republicans in 2000.

I was not aware of that. Good to hear. :)
