what happens to Supporters' donated money if a CANDIDATE drops out?

Romney got some donations, now he is suspensfully out, will he refund the donations?:)

He ought to start some kind of foundation with it (like Mises or Cato). Or, apportion it to the legions of pro-liberty candidates now running for public office. That way, freedom wins even if Ron Paul's presidential campaign doesn't!

The loans that the campaign took out would be paid off, so since Romney loaned himself money, he would pay himself back.
