They haven't confirmed the location or who will be there as far as I knew. I know that obviously Romney and McCain will be there but last I heard Paul and Huckabee hadn't been invited. (yet)

The Feb 28 MSNBC Debate is listed on Ron Paul 2008 (http://www.ronpaul2008.com/) in the upcoming events list on the left hand side of the site so I guess he will be attending.

Sounds like debate is not definite for either party. Depends on whether debating would help their campaign. Not sure if more debates are in McCain's interest at this point.
