Attack the GOP ads that is...
We need some graphic designers to create an ad to go in all the Lib-Dem weekly and neighborhood rags, maybe even the dailies.
Here's what the ad is about:
In WA we have a caucus AND a primary. However, Dems don't allocate delegates from their primary. SO...that means that the Democrat primary is literally a beauty contest and the people who vote in it actually have no say in anything.
Ron Paul happens to have a lot of support here in WA and may take the caucuses...really, the Seattle PI says so. However, we're a long shot in the primary since over 1.3m voters voted in 2000 and more are expected this time.
The whole state is mail in ballots which are already out, EXCEPT King and Pierce counties, which include Seattle and Tacoma respectively and are the most liberal counties in the state. These two counties have polling places in addition to mail-in ballots, therefore we can campaign up until the 2/19 primary.
In short, the ad needs to appeal to DEMS who are anti-war/anti-patriot act/anti-Bush/anti-drug war and let them know that, while their vote is useless in the Dem primary, they can vote for a Republican that supports all their positions in those areas. That way, if they lose in the general election, and RP were to be the Republican nominee, they could at least lose to a candidate that agreed with some of their positions.
Plus, this is essentially what the Obama campaign did in Iowa, and look how that turned out!!!

Now, who can make this ad by Sunday??????
We need your help because we're too busy calling and canvassing here to do graphic design. It needs to be tight, catchy clear and simple. Remember, we're appealing to Dems, so Americana is not going to win votes here, unless it appeals to liberal social sensibilities.
Any takers?
If so, email me at la.folie.circulaire@gmail.com.
Thanks.
