Well drug laws aren't the only indication of freedom, or lack thereof. You might want to take a look at the list here:

for starters, no seat belt law, no mandatory liability insurance, very limited concealed weapon laws, even your kid can carry a gun as long as it was made in the state and has never left the state, no real ID,

not only that but the New Hampshire constitution states that if federal law is unconstitutional then the NH constitution overrides the federal law so NH wouldn't put up with martial law (im not saying they wouldn't declare war against NH if that happened)

plus in the 2 months i spent up there i had 6 experiences with cops and NONE of them were bad, in missouri and oklahoma most of the cops are rediculous, in NH they seemed way more liberty minded.

i hate the cold so much but it took me about 5 days in NH to declare it home, i will be moving there in May or June and will stay as long as mccain isn't our president

Heh.
He would/would not be "the kind" to build a fence around us, declare it a "free speech zone" then proceed to take our guns? then maybe sell them to people that will kill us all? ;)
nawww...
I am too cynical for Sinunu,
I would almost rather leave it up to the natives then if the natives cannot boot him, move in with the Sioux. :D
But that is just me.
Next stop-
We will come out and fight for the Texans and stop the Trans Texas Corridor. :D

Montana is OUR new Live Free or die state.

If you ever go to Gatllin county in Montana, ask for the new resident guide.

It's like what they would tell you when moving to the far west 100 years ago.

Basically: Don't expect anything from us. You're on YOUR OWN !

I see property taxes are high in NH are they in Montana? I own a 4000sf home in Pa and pay $1400year.

I'll check out Montana.. I guess the clement is about the same as NH? The only reason I asked about MMJ is my wife is in bad shape.

thanks,

Sounds good. They're also starting a Free State Project in Wyoming:

I was in the Military and spent some time in Wyoming.. Not the best state to live in. Way to much snow and the wind is crazy! The state tree is a telephone pole.
