(Knute's eyes become misty and his voice is unsteady as he finishes.)
I don't know where I'll be then, Rock", he said - "but
I'll know about it - and I'll be happy."

There is a hushed stillness as Rockne and the crowd of boys look at each other. In the midst of this tense silence, Rockne quietly says "Alright," to the men beside him, and his chair is wheeled slowly out of the dressing room.

PLAYER # 12: Well, what are we waiting for?

With a single roar, the players throw off their blankets and rush through the doorway.

Edit:Note:Knute Rockne gave his "Win One for the Gipper" speech to the Notre Dame players at halftime to rally the team to an underdog victory over the undefeated Army team of 1928 at Yankee Stadium. Rockne was trying to salvage something from his worst season as a coach at Notre Dame. To inspire the players he told them the story of the tragic death of the greatest player ever at ND, George Gipp. Notre Dame did win the game against Army.

That is one of my favorite speeches of all time. Al Pachino in "Any Given Sunday" was masterful.

This video is awesome. The montage was perfect. The blimp, the shot of the young voters as he says "I look out at all of these young faces". The shot of Ron Paul as he says "I can't do it for you, I'm too old."
