Has your State voted? Are you still comitted to our movement and looking for a way to help? Please adpot a precinct and help those of us in later-voting states continue to fight.

Texas votes March 4th. We have 140 delegates in this winner-take-all State. In Travis County, we have 217 precincts and 224 precinct leaders. It's a strong team, and we plan to win. But in order to keep our precinct leaders canvassing in person, we need help from Out of State Paulites to help us make non-advocacy voter identification calls to locate the already-existing Ron Paul supporters, and to write letters to the undecided voters as we locate them. If you can help with this project, please send me a PM and I'll pair you up with one of our precinct leaders. With enough people working together, we can knock out Austin in a week and then move on to the rest of the State.

It took a long time for Dr. Paul's campaign to build momentum because of the high levels of media censorship. Then, once he began to gain name recognition and people started flocking to get involved, it took some time for us to get organized. John McCain had the advantage of media supoprt and an existing network from his prior Presidential run. But while we may have gotten a late start, with the Precinct Leader program launched in January 2008, we now have the tools and organization that we need. Let's put them to use.

Please send an e-mail to tishjo1234 [at] yahoo [dot] com if you can help.
