View Full Version : Since you're an expert on how to get elected as president....
This is for the people screaming for third party runs and other things.
How many public offices have you been elected to? Im not counting Student Council in high school either, haha.
Im seriously wondering though, all of these people demanding to go third party for whatever reasons and demanding all kinds of other changes... who do you think you are to suddenly become an expert?
I dont care who you know or what you've read or even what you've concluded through complicated mathematical problems.
What have you actually done, in real life, that makes you such a know it all?
And in what year can I expect you to start running for president so I can get a head start on sign waving?

I don't know, how about you ask yourself that same question. Hell, as that question of this campaign and see what kind of answer you get. Nobody here has any success to brag about, so I suggest you keep the condescending comments to yourself.
The Campaign for what it is, has done great. Why dont you answer the question?

i've never been elected to anything. i have a bachelor's degree in political science, and i work in the political arena, but i don't claim to be any wiser or more experienced than anyone else. you seem to be the one who thinks higher of himself. so please, list why you are so vastly superior in your intellect to the rest of us.
Im a girl.
And Im not smarter exactly than anyone here.
I just understand that even though I can read the Manual for how to put a Space rocket together it doesnt mean I know everything about putting space rockets together. And its probably best to let the people who've been doing it for most of their lives do the job and have faith in their experience and knowledge.

it's also important to learn from your experiences. our experiences have taught us that whoever is running this campaign isn't doing an effective job. therefore, we throw around ideas regarding how to improve. sometimes they listen, usually they don't. there's nothing wrong with questioning our leadership. the ability to do so is what makes us a movement, and not a cult.
Its good to question. but there are people here screaming for third parties as if its just something so easy to do.
What happens to his delegates he has now if he changes party run?
How does he get on the ballots in the next states where the deadlines have passed or where he's already on as republican?
How can he run for Congress as Republican but President as third party?
How does he explain to the next states that their work doesnt matter and they're going to have to start all over again with canvassing?

I agree with you Jae0.
If he switches to a third party now it won't help us, it will destroy our efforts. He will lose his seat in Congress which would be a huge setback for the revolution.
We are making history here people.
Shoulders back, chin up, carry on!
Thank you.
I'd really like to know the answer to my questions. Someone here must know. People make it seem like going third party is as easy as changing their shoes.

I agree, its time for a shakeup at HQ. I think Ron Paul should stay on the Republican ticket until after all the primaries are finished and then make the switch th third party if he doesn't score a lot of delegates at the next primaries/caucuses.

If thats possible, that would be good. I just want the rest of the states to be able to vote.
When is the election for his congressional seat?
