No, that's fucking terrifying.

You can't give tests to voters here. But there SHOULD be some sort of Constitutional test for potential candidates that way even if the stupid people come out in droves behind someone, it wouldn't be the end of the world...like the scenarios of McCain's finger on the button or Hillary driving our economy could be.
