Everybody needs to read this article before crying about the poor results today. It's long, but if you have the balls to read the whole thing you will feel better.

What's a "3rd party whiner"? I'll feel better with a strong leading figure and message-spreader running for the Libertarian party (Nothing against Steve Kubbie).

A 3rd party whiner is somebody who keeps trolling the forums saying that Paul needs to give up the GOP and try third party. Just read the damn article

It seems to think Dr. Paul will win presidency in 2008 >.> (Not to whine or troll or anything...)

How many delegates does Ron need to be invited to a brokered convention?

Realistically, I can't see things going much further. Fundraising is going to be very difficult from this point forward I think.

That article is garbage. You people who plan on winning a brokered convention are living in a fantasy land. Less than 5% and he's going to win a brokered convention?! Give me a break. Ron Paul would be far, far better of running as a Libertarian, Unity, or Constitution Party candidate. I worry that he may be interested in saving his congressional seat. The problem is that the Republican Party will spare no amount of money to have him ousted. I'll tell you right here and now that I think Ron Paul should break away from the Republican Party immediately. That's not whining. That's being bold and taking the fight to the establishment. We probably should have bailed from the Republican sinking ship before Super Tuesday.

He is polling 11% nationally third party WITH Bloomberg running. Imagine without.

Like it's really realistic to win 3rd party? We're getting killed by McCain in the primaries!! He'll beat us in the General Election too

15% would be optimistic.

That is nothing more than an incoherent rant.

Ron Paul could have some fun screwing with a brokered convention, but he's not gong to come out of one being the nominee. He should stay in a while longer before jumping to the LP before their convention in May.
