That's at least 8000 people that don't deserve the privilege to vote.

I am really ashamed that Guiliani has pulled 4-10% in some states. That tells you that the media didn't get the message out that he quit.

The only thing I can wrap my brain around is absentee ballots before he dropped out?

These may be just statistical projections, not actual votes.

That could make sense.

A lot of Californians vote absentee, and some campaigns were pushing their supporters to vote early.

It's sad when the voters are more dedicated than the candidate himself is.

That's the early votes and absentee votes. They voted before he dropped out.

Insanity, but many probably had no idea who Ron Paul was since he didn't run any ads in this state. At least that was the impression I got from the senior citizens when canvassing. I am almost ashamed to admit I was born and raised in this socialist state!

Nah... Ron Paul wouldn't be in this if it weren't for his supporters... so... sure you want to say that? =oP

Ron Paul has a message, and I expect him to stay in the race until the end so he can keep spreading it. He won't make a "last stand" and then drop out.

according to the results of my county (orange) there are currently 137775 votes by mail counted out of 141687 votes counted total. So at least in my county (i'd image most others too) that they were mostly counted prior to him dropping out.

The california secretary of state should have the results by congressional district in california. Where is that link?
