It isn't. He has 22,000 in NY alone, with 65% reporting.

I know...also the percentage of votes has been consistant since 1% reporting. I think this is unprecedented that percentages remain absolutly the same in primaries.

Check this site. On the left side you see a section that says "From the Front Lines." There is a lot happening with allegations a vote tampering and defunct machines.

Part of it is Caucuses generally have lower vote counts
