actually the average is 3%, 4% is of women. Still low in Florida, but PA is coming around.

How long does it take to get registered after you send in your registration papers? I'm a Floridian and it makes me barf to see Gooliani and Clinton in the lead.

This is actually a big change. In every previous poll I've seen, Paul did MUCH worse with women than men.
