I can't vote, but would've voted no on all of them. The Indian ones feel like blackmail to me, and will just allow the state to continue their spending habits.

Why are people voting NO for prop 91? It restricts gas taxes to only be used for roads and transportation purposes and nothing else. I am voting YES. If you want to change my opinion respond in the next hour before we go.

I am going to vote NO on everything else. I was unsure about 93 but its a fraud by two horrible liberal politicians.

I voted No on 91, 92, & 93. No more beaurocracy, spending, and political advantages for the state.

Yes on 94-97. If the native americans want to expand their casinos then I don't see why to not let them.

I voted NO on the indian gaming propositions because they were advertising here in CA how the money was need to balance the budget...My first thought was stop being such a socialist state and cut the spending. Arnold is worse than Grey Davis.

It says that gas taxes can only be used for roads and alternative fuel research: that's good. It also raises gas taxes even more: that's bad.

I voted no.

I love gambling, but I don't see any reason why the tribes should need our permission to do ANYTHING on their OWN land!! The state should not take their revenues, either. So, NO on 94-97!

Exactly. The tribes should run as their own government. The state of California has no right to take their money.

That's why I voted NO on them. :) The legislature needs to be pressured to cut government. I dont know why the tribes even agreed to be taxed in the first place.

I voted no all across the board except for prop 91. I had some reservations about it but looking at our roads they are obviously doing something wrong. There are so many potholes on our freeways because they use the money to fix it for other liberal programs. Dont know if I was right or not.

You know that a measure was passed in 2006 that does just that. And that 91 is a worthless prop.

Not quite. The 2006 measure (Prop 1A) still allows the govt to raid those taxes in a time of need. Prop 91 does not.
