They finally feel the need to "educate" voters.

Our local newspaper had a front page article on Sunday explaining how to vote for delegates. I also got THREE tutorials on voting for delegates on the radio during my hour drive to work this morning.

Did we shake them up a bit in Maine or something?

Yes. I've noticed this all over radio and teevee and it's waaaaaay over most of the reporter's heads.
