A cool Ron Paul Police story

So the other day Im parking my car in this little busy town... And I never parallel park because its always so crowded etc and busy, but this day there wasnt so much traffic so I actually started to parallel park..,

well as Im parking I notice a cop slow down and about 50 feet up the road turn around and start coming back down towards me.

As I go to cross the street he stops right in front of me with his driver window down and says "Ron Paul?" (I have an RP bumper sticker)

And Im like "Yeah"

The cop is like "Hes the only real guy out there, I hope we do well."

I start telling him about Maine, and he finishes my sentence with Louisiana, Nevada, etc... and says "Its that damned media."

So we shook hands in the middle of the street while he was still in his car and we both went on our way...


Just wanted to share.

easy now...the cop is not a hypocrite...cops job is to enforce the laws and the constitution i know...but cops local cops don't arrest people for federal law...they arrest them for local and state law infractions...

I sure do prefer a cop who likes Ron Paul, especially if he votes for him. I'd say any cop who would vote for RP knows how screwed up the drug laws and the expectations on him as a cop are. He's probably like a lot of us who are just trying to put food on the table.

Not True. He is doing his job. Hes not in a place to change the rules. But just because you dont agree with EVERY rule out there doesn't mean you should shun the whole system.

its his job, cops dont make the laws. You make the laws by not working hard enough and allowing the country to maintain them.
