How many delegates did Romney and McCain get?

If Romney got 52% of the delegates (he got 52% of the popular vote) can he sweep the state delegates that the state convention?

What about this scenario? Note: NOT A RESULT!
Romney 51% of delegates
Paul 35% of delegates
McCain 14% of delegates

If all delegates show up to the state convention and vote in the % above, romney wins ALL the delegates to the national convention.

Well, all we have to go off of is the press release stating we are "closely" trailing Romney. Us being at 35 to their 50 isnt close, which makes me think that Romney is probably in the 40-45 range, leaving McCain and Huckabee in the 20's or 10's.
