Chalk up one more reason I hate the mainstream media...even when they do give Ron Paul some coverage they do it by pushing a little girl out of the way. You'd think they would have some decency and let her ask her question.

Was she from Scholastic News?

I love that little girl!!

And to think, she asked the best question, allowing Dr. Paul to reiterate his position on fighting unnecessary wars!!

Think she wants her boyfriend/husband drafted when she gets older???

I wish Ron would've pointed out the little girl's tenacity, patience, and then asked for a big hug!!

She's adorable! And quite persistent! No wonder her arm is "so sore".

I don't know why, but that video made me tear up a little. I guess I see my daughter in that video, asking her question to the greatest man to ever run for President in recent history.

too bad it is not on you tube so that it can be imbedded in blogs far and wide...

I think the way Ron Paul rebuffed the other reporters and then got down on her level and treated her with such kindness and respect speaks VOLUMES about his character...

It reminds me of the same kindness and respect he showed to the man in the wheelchair who asked the medical marjiuana question.

Ron Paul is always a gentleman and he has great respect for every one - young or old, rich or poor, black or white.

Was she from Scholastic News?

My daughter had to do her Scholastic News last night, nothing in the main article on our guy but there were questions about where the candidates were born. The fourth one asked which candidate lived the furthest west of those born in the Northeast? Her answer: Ron Paul "Ron Paul REVOLUTION"

What a cute child.

Some of those reporters were complete jerks. I especially detest the lady who asked "what do you think of Giuliani dropping out and when are you going to drop out?" WTF! I hate "journalists."

This interview probably meant little to nothing to the journalists there, but this little girl will remember this for the rest of her life. There's no doubt in my mind that she will be a great journalist herself in the not-so-distant future.

I. too teared up. What a trooper. I envisioned a future, where we'd have a true free press, and this little girl, all grown up, a national anchor.

I'm so proud of her patience and good manners. And i KNEW RP would not let her down.

The Orange County Register has been good to Dr. Paul. Just yesterday they had two opinion pieces on Dr. Paul.

What scum those reporters are!

They should have all backed off a little and let the girl ask her question, she's brave enough to be there with the adults towering over her so give her a little respect.

You can tell a lot about a persons character when you see how they treat those who are less powerful than themselves.

Sent it to WND - they question Dr. Paul's leadership abilities. A good leader sets a good example.

Wow! What courage that little girl had. She wasn't about to be pushed aside by those other reporters. Her mind was set on the task at hand, was not going to back down. And when the good Doctor turned his attention to her, she asked without any hesitation in her voice. Quite inspiring!

That FOX bitch should be slapped for overriding her everytime the poor girl tried asking a question...

Good super toosday morning.

That dried-up pruny FOX bitch should learn how to properly address the person she is interviewing."Thank you Mr. Paul". No crusty, it's >Doctor< Paul. He didn't spend x years in med school to be called Mister. Or Congressman Paul would be fine. Doctor or Congressman.

/end rant

Hey kid... good job standing up to Satan's minions like that!
