An email from my friends below my state...

Good Evening Folks,

As you all know, we are suing the Republican Party of Louisiana for mishandling the entire caucus process and attempting to walk off with our victory. However, we need people (our delegates) to be the plaintiff's in the case. Please speak with the delegates in your district and find several delegates and alternates that are willing to put their names down on the suit as plaintiffs.

Please send me the names of the people who are willing as soon as possible.

Thanks!

Andrew Axsom
Louisiana Field Director

Torchbearer. Send him a pm with a copy of the email. He is in LA, and has been working hard to get a lawsuit together as well, as he is/was a delegate.

It would be no news to him - it's been already posted several times here and elsewhere in the last few days

It is clear that the campaign was planning on using Louisiana as one of the 5 states needed to get the convention. It's nice to see them standing up and fighting for something.

They have a plan, and they know how to execute.

Yeh, I got the email, and I replied to get on as a plaintiff. What I need now is confirmation that I am indeed a plantiff on the campaigns law suit so I can tell my attorney I want be needing him this time around.
Anyone here know Andrew Axsom?

I thought this was already discussed - there were provisional ballots cast because people didn't register Republican in time for the election..

was there something I missed?

I think you missed the part where they disenfranchised Huckabee and Romney voters and used their votes to scrounge enough delegates to give more to McCain than Paul (lest Paul win and bury the "unelectable" title for good). Was that what you slept through?

No Prob.
You will actually have to dig through all 20 pages to get all the info. There is only one post in the entire thread on the state statute, but its hard to find. The other rules are RNC related.
