I just got this email from someone i know in NY. Can someone write me something witty i can send back.
-------------

Joanna,

Super-Duper Tuesday is tomorrow -- February 5 -- with voters going to the polls in 22 states, including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, California, Massachusetts, and Illinois. There are also primaries or caucuses in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Utah. Americans living abroad also get to vote tomorrow.

If you live in any of these states, or have friends in any of these states, I hope you will be voting and encouraging others to vote. And of course, I also hope you will be voting for my Senator, Hillary Clinton.

I believe that Hillary will be a strong president. (She is, by the way, one of the smartest people I've ever met). In her time as First Lady, she visited 80 countries as representative of the U.S. In her time in the Senate, she has successfully reached across the aisle to get things accomplished. She will walk into the Oval Office on her first day in office and get to work on the foreign policy and domestic crises that are overwhelming our nation.

For a more passionate endorsement than I could ever write, please see this piece by Robert Kennedy, Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, and Kerry Kennedy:

If you are looking for specifics on Hillary's accomplishments and proposals, please visit www.hillaryclinton.com.

If you are convinced, please forward this e-mail or one of your own to everyone you know.

Thanks.

Jeffrey

As it just so happens, today I turned a woman I know from a Hitlary supporter into an RP supporter. It was very simple, I pointed out Clinton's donor list of lobbyists, bankers and special interests compared to RP's donor list of regular Joe's and the fact that he is called Dr NO in Washington for a very good reason. That was the main point of our discussion but I threw in the monetary angle that we cannot afford to pay for all the projects that the others want to force on us.....we are bankrupt. The Constitution was also a factor, as usual : )

Hillary wants universal health care so badly that she said today she will garnish the wages of the uninsured to pay for it. Large government is good, take care of everyone, just send her all of your wages and she will see to it that you are happy. What a choice for America.
P.S. You think this idea might have gotten her a contribution from the insurance lobby?

“In her time in the Senate, she has successfully reached across the aisle to get things accomplished"
Well she certainly did considering she voted to authorize the Iraq war and more recently she supported the Lieberman-Kyl amendment, which declared the Iranian Revolutionary Guard a terrorist organization. Looks like she plans to help Bush accomplish another war.

Ask your friend how Hillary feels about torture considering she failed to vote on the
Mukasey confirmation. I guess she agrees with Bush on this one too. Yes she certainly has reached across the aisle. I’d like it better is she would stop accomplishing so much.
