With Super Tuesday coming up tomorrow if you go to CNN's website, they have false information on their website designed to make Ron Paul look as poorly as possible.
They have his fundraising total as of 9/30/07 even though the numbers have been updated and they still have Maine at 68% reporting when McCain was ahead of Ron Paul.
I called 404-827-1500 to complain to CNN, but all that will do is go into some pile of comments.
Does anyone know any way to get them to report accurately on such an important day?
Can we complain on every single article they put out today? Can we call the FEC? The FCC?
This kind of false media reporting is going to be the thing that costs us the election. People go to that site to see who is leading and who is doing well. They are purposely putting up old information because they don't want to tell you the TRUTH.
Call CNN. Find numbers to call. Insist that they put up accurate and correct information. You will also notice that they didn't bother to report about LA at all. I guess, they don't like to report when Ron Paul has a chance of being in the lead.
Call Talk shows today. Tell them about this travesty. Make people aware. Tell them how the mainstream media is intentionally putting out inaccurate information.
Here is the link to the candidates and you can click on the state drop down menu to see how they are doing in that state: http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/candidates/
That same page also has this as the fundraising totals:
CANDIDATE TOTAL as of 09/30/2007
Hillary Clinton $90,935,788
Barack Obama $80,256,427
Mitt Romney $62,829,069
Rudy Giuliani $47,253,521
John McCain $32,124,785
John Edwards $30,329,152
Bill Richardson $18,699,937
Fred Thompson $12,828,111
Chris Dodd $13,598,152
Ron Paul $8,268,453
provided by FEC
Gee, I guess that twenty million dollar quarter didn't make it into the count. What a surprise.
