You know what *I* find fucked up?

According to the constitution, the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES is supposed to present *ITS* budget to Congress and the president.. The president isnt supposed to present *HIS* budget to the congress..

The founders felt that the peoples' money should only be trusted in the hands of the people who were directly elected to represent their individual districts.

Well, those are the morons that give us "bridges to nowhere" and $800 toilet seats. The whole system is corrupt...mostly because it is too big to be managed effectively.
