OK to rebroadcast campaign radio ads?

Hi all,

Does anyone know the legality of paying to have a campaign radio ad played on a local radio station? Obviously, we'd chop off the "paid for.." bit and add our own "Paid for..." line.

You would have to get permission first... typically written permission. Contact whoever created it.
