Big Show of Support for Ron Paul in JC
With the New York primaries just three days away, some voters are trying to make a last push for the candidate they believe is the best choice.
Ron Paul supporters lined Harry L. Drive in front of the Oakdale mall Saturday to let Broome county residents know the Texas congressman is still in the race and has a strong backing in the southern tier.
"We want to show people that there's a tremendous amount of support for Congressman Ron Paul. He doesn't get as much coverage on the news as the other candidates, so we have to put a little extra effort in to show that yes, he has support, he has a large number of people and that we actually display it," said Scott Monroe, a Paul supporter.
Ron Paul supporters say they are like a family and are all over the country supporting the candidate they say has a different agenda.
