Ive seen McCain, Romney and Huck, but no RP ads on CNN today.

You are in south carolina? Sounds like wasted money putting commercials there. My guess would be the other three are taking a shotgun approach to super tuesday and bought national ads.

Yes, the others are running National ads...RP's campaign hasn't done this, but did somehow spend $17 million in the 4th quarter.

Probably because he ran them all day multiple times on CNN before Iowa and NH. That's probably a heavy chunk of the missing $17 million.

I saw a Patriots for Paul ad on CNN here in CA.

Read the link in my sig. It has very detailed plans from the HQ themselves. You may have to read the whole thing more then once, to really understand it. However, after 2 or 3 times through, youll start to grasp what HQ is doing, and why.
