No offense, but a nurse has 0 credibility when it comes to understanding this sort of thing. She can comment all she wants on the flaws in the SYSTEM, but actual medicine? Not a chance. Injections and blood pressure does not a doctor make.

Actually nurses have much more credibility than you think. Much more of the responsibility for the patient rests on nurses. They are on the front line of patient care. And many I know are involved in the politics of health care.
Yes, Dr's can and do get kickbacks for prescribing a brand name drug. Nurses do not.
