Fox News Story Defends Ron Paul: Paul Has a Point

"...Perhaps, Paul suggested, the 15-year presence of the U.S. military forces in Muslim countries may have motivated them. For that, Giuliani excoriated him, calling it an "extraordinary statement," adding, "I don't think I've heard that before."

"Let's be blunt. Giuliani was either lying, or he hasn't cracked a book in six years..."

It isn't a turn around. This is from a blog, not apart of their major newscasts.

Don't count on Rupert Murdoch to do Ron Paul any favors.

I understand its a blog, but its on the FoxNews webpage, call it agreement by association, otherwise they surely they have censored this out, therefor keeping with their original position scoffing RP

That's my man Radley. He's an editor of Reason which is a great libertarian mag. I don't think this represents any kind of change of the neocon base of Fox though

Radley Balko is a libertarian whose personal blog is www.theagitator.com and is a writer for Reason magazine. He contributes to their online blog Hit & Run www.reason.com/blog . He previously worked for the libertarian Cato institute focusing on the increasing use of SWAT teams and paramilitary tactics by police.

His articles on Fox news are refreshing but in no way represent any change of editorial policy.
