Plano has a sizeable meetup. (Do a search for Ron Paul Plano.) I'm sure you could get in contact with them on assistance in finding out who is running.

Or how about you run as a delegate? If you're in one of the smaller towns like Allen or McKinney, chances are you would be a delegate just by showing up.
