Here is an article from blogcritics that summarizes how Republicans will maintain there popularity among the younger generations of voters. It is a sad read to say the least.

"We need to face the fact that we are dealing with a younger generation of voter who is not as well educated as were previous generations, simply because of the pathetic educational system we now have. They are what I call 2nd Generation Day Care. As a rule they have no table manners. They are selfish and self-righteous. Over half of them come from broken homes. They do not want a broken dysfunctional political party with a bunch of infighting. They get that at home. They want something strong and steady, where they can feel important. They need rules and regulations. (What they really need is the Draft, but I’m not touching that with a ten foot poll). They need to learn how to become individuals and to cherish their individuality. They need us. They need real, steady, rock-sold Republicans, not a group of “Kool-Aid drinking” Rush Limbaugh cult followers who spout a litany of pseudo-conservative mantras."
If you are brave enough to finish the article, you will get a pretty good sense of what direction the Elephant is heading. The only question now is, where do we go? Libertarian, Constitution, Reform, Other?
