Have the other caucuses been this late in reporting

I remember the night of the primaries in the last election for Governor here in Maine. As of midnight only 75% of the vote was reported.

I also couldn't believe that towns were instructed to call the Bangor Daily News to report their official results. Not the Secretary of State or some official/party/government entity. They reported election results to a newspaper.

There are still some caucuses tomorrow as well.
