We all say and know it. Ron Paul says it without hesitation.

"It's not about Ron Paul. It's about the message."

I don't know about all of you out there, but Ron Paul to me has been a hero. He has opened may glazed shut eyes about government and politics to the point that a fire blazes in my heart every time I hear or see him speak. I find his humility so endearing and personable that it almost makes me weep as I have to swallow the lump that usually rises in my throat. His knowledge and wisdom of the circumstances and issues that face us all is amazing. When I speak of him I find it difficult not to become as defensive as I would talking about my own grandfather.

So that leaves me with an empty feeling on the eve of Super Tuesday. I wonder what will happen to "the message" should he not become the nominee. I know we say we will march on with it, but under who, if not a fragile appearing, quiet, little gray-haired gentleman from Texas?

I'm just not sure what it would be like without Ron Paul. But this, too, shall pass.

you getting soft on me?

RP has lit a fire across America. With people like Dean Santoro running for congress, BJ Lawson, and a few others. Hell.... his message is the reason I am running for County Commission.

See my plan D (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=107756) and my Candidate needed (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=110031) threads. The leadership will emerge if Ron Paul loses soon enough.
