Is there not still time to pull into 2nd place atleast? ; We're not that far from McCain. Also remember this happened in Nevada.

There's still time. The number of votes is incredibly low, so statistically he can definitely pull a second. but jeez, we crushed Huckabee!

Its neck and neck with McCain, we can still beat him. Less than a 100 votes at the moment.

Only 100 votes total for the whole state???????

That can be right.

doesnt matter, its straw poll results that are reported.

Delegates are the key here and I think we are doing well in that area so far (based on what I've read here)

38% Independent/unenrolled

This is why Mac is doing so great. Same "Live free or die" (cough 'live in slavery die in iraq' cough) people who gave him the victory in NH.

This isn't making alot of sense though. It says almost half the precincts reporting (47%) and yet there's only about 3300 votes counted. Surely there will be more than 7000 republican voters in this caucus for the entire state. I think there are alot more numbers yet to come out. The CNN site says there are almost a million registered voters in the state so even with very poor turnout and counting half out as voting democrat there are missing numbers.

I do believe this number actually. I was surprised we got 3 undecided voters in our town. I know it was three because i counted them. It was only two then a red piece of paper came flying in when i was done writing down votes that everybody gained. Im just glad that ballot said "Undecided though" I didnt want feel like messing with it other wise. I just crossed the 2 out and put a 3. I didnt sign it but i put my initials over that 2 i crossed out.

What i should have done was had a member from each party sign the sheet but there were plenty of people over looking me and a McCain supporter counting them.
