The guy in the blazer and jeans is a "Ron Paul Republican" running for Texas State Rep. His name is Tony Kosub (http://www.taxpayersfortony.com). He's 28 and running against a neo-con pro toll road incumbent with money that has been in office too long. He knows he's a big longshot but felt compelled to give it a shot anyway.
