Misleading bullcrap. He was convicted of failing to file his income taxes.

And he even admitted he was WRONG for doing so.. that he was given bad and illegal advice. That's right. Wesley Snipes was only in it for the money. The SECOND he got caught, he turned on his co-defendants, who are now going to go to jail for a VERY long time.. since they got convicted of tax fraud and conspiracy.

Yup, Snipes bent over to the government and gave up his confederates like a little punk. And he'll be walking around free as a bird while they're in the big house. But that's OK - prison gangs have a reach far outside prison walls these days.
