This is what I can not understand, Judge Napolitano has stated, that he can not endorse a candidate because of his contract with Fox. But yet Hannity was Endorsing Giuliani from day 1.
Whats wrong with that picture? And everyone who knows the Judge, knows the judge is for Ron Paul.

I saw him on Colbert last night and I was thinking the exact same thing.

Yeah, I just watched a speech of his (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8QwTKKSvR8) and was surprised at how much he was for Ron Paul.

Hannity's contract and Napolitano's aren't necessarily the same.

That being said, I thought that it was because he was a sitting judge that he couldn't endorse RP.

That being said, I thought that it was because he was a sitting judge that he couldn't endorse RP.

He is not a sitting judge so far as I know, he is a former NJ Superior Court Judge, the youngest I believe
