I need the clip from the actual debate that they showed on Colbert Report last night. From "How many men are you going to let die" to "declare war". It's about 20 seconds or so, but I can't find any clip of JUST that.

Can anybody help me please?

Well, i'm planning on sending this link out to friends and family, and I know that's going to get pulled off youtube (viacom). I'd rather have the actual debate footage. I know I can get the WHOLE answer, but I'd like just those 20 seconds or so.

Probably; but it might stay long 'under the radar' because I didn't use the word colbert anywhere; neither in the tags.

Perfect! What I'm looking for specifically is a clip of 4:49 to 5:20. I'm not a youtuber (obviously, lol) so I don't know how to make that happen. Can anybody do it?

My pleasure Tom.

Assuming you have a youtube account, go to:
http://www.youtube.com/my_videos_upload

Fill in the info and hit 'upload video' at the bottom. It will then prompt you for the location of the file: roncnndebate_chunk1.wmv or whatever I called it. When it's done uploading it will tell you so.

added>> then you have to wait awhile for it to convert it back to flash format. After that you can edit the video details (the info you filled in, noted above) if necessary.

Put it on Vimeo.com you can keep stuff private this way. 500 MB limit upload per week and higher res than youtube!

They are going to be or are using video fingerprint technology now and they scan find that stuff electronically now.
