Yeah, and they are not counting the money we have to spend on the war, which is the killer. If they included that all candidates would be in stratosphere while RP would be some where out of our solar system, down from the axis of the graph.

That chart severely underestimates the reductions in spending.

Note that their analysis, erring on the conservative side, doesn't measure any cost savings from getting out of Iraq, ending foreign subsidies ($30+ billion) and other proposals.
