There is a stand in host, and he has set it up perfectly for Ron Paul:
1) Democrats are saying that in 2001, McCain was talking with them about switching parties. The host's spin on this is that it shows they are scared of him, and he is the most electable.
2) In last night's debate, Obama said he was ready to talk about spending and taxes, that the Republicans have been spending tons, so he looks forward to that argument.
The host disagrees with McCain on immigration and other topics, but respects him as a patriot and thinks he is most electable.
So, make these two points:
1) Of McCain and Romney, McCain is the most electable, but it is because he is a Democrat. He's running in the wrong party. If Obama were running for the Republican nomination on his current platform, would you vote for him because he is most electable?
2) Ron Paul could handle the tax and spending argument with Obama quite well, because he actually plans to cut spending.
