you can't get them for at least several weeks after applying for them... and with 2/3rds of the fec election commission waiting for approval in the senate.... you can'tget the funds at all

didn't McNugget take the matching funds? he hasnt gotten any money yet (not expected for awhile too) and it limits how much he can spend in each state. And IIRC you don't get a lump sum either. its in little payouts.
