Sandie, there was a link around here somewhere that goes to the poll. It's still up, but they've taken it off the front page.

Question about the ad below on that page. The aarp/dividedwefail.org talks about affordable health care, lowering costs, etc. They also refer to other nations as "providing health care for all" in a positive light. Are they advocating a system overhaul that moves more toward socialized medicine? I like how they do target rising costs as the problem, but then they fail to really say anything behind that other than "government and big business" need to be "cleaned up".

I think not only do "government and big business" need to be "cleaned up", but so do the big lobbyists like AARP.

If you're talking about the google ads at the bottom, they're generated automatically by google and are different for every user and every page view. I haven't seen the one to which you are referring.

That said, I'd imagine the AARP is pretty strong for socialized medicine.

The anti-Paul spammers are up their usual tricks on Digg, and there's some debate brewing on the comments section of the blog. :)

The AARP is very liberal.
