Bush has a 32% approval rating......why? Because of the WAR!

McCain is all about more WAR....and he's the GOP Pick?

I've been asking myself that question since Tuesday and probably before that.

32% support among all Americans. Those are probably all Republicans. Those are the people voting for McCain.

That means that almost all Democrats, most Independents, and a large portion of Republicans disapprove of Bush.

It's very simple.

Hoi Polloi: "I'm against the war, but I'm also against big government."

Media: "McCain is going to get the antiwar vote."

Hoi Polloi: "I guess I'll vote for McCain, since he's the candidate for those of us against the war then."

Media: "McCain got the antiwar vote."

The majority of Republicans are in favor of the war so logic would say that they would vote for a pro Iraq war candidate. It's not that hard to understand. Or they may not agree with McCain 100%. I also like how people here don't believe any of the media polls except when they tell them what they want to hear.

It's very easy to figure out. Alot of people registered democrat.. So the nation as a whole is almost 60% democrat and a little over 40% republican..

Republicans have changed the republicans into neocons. The media has done a good job of brainwashing republicans over the years.. So if 32% of the overall people (including democrats) support the war, then you know that 32% is all republicans..

When you do the math, it's about 80% of republicans support the war.. Hence McCain winning states.

There's a reason the people chose Barabas over Jesus. Tough talk makes weak people feel strong.

That's why they don't want Ron for the GOP. He would woop any Democrat. And "they" want a democrat in office.

That 32% are the people with their heads so deep in the sand Bush could eat their children alive and they would still support him. I know it's incredible anyone could still support that monster but there are a few out there.

His approval rating has been hovering around 30% for about 2 years now. That means 70% don't approve.

I had a long response that got erased when i pressed submit, but what i said was basically that Bush started going downhill when katrina hit, and the immigration bill took off a significant portion of his base.

mccain is the frontrunner because he was the establishment from the beginning, and the rest of the field was very bad, so the republicans, who are used to an heir-apparent, went back to the safe choice: mccain.

The elderly voters and the moderates help him out a lot, along with the surge, which is bright spot for republicans and that defcons who supported giuliani would like.
