Yeahhhh, it's because Ron and Obama are the candidates of my generation. I am very anti-Obama but happy to see Ron on the front.

MTV ROCKS (http://think.mtv.com/044FDFFFF0098989A00160098CCEC/)

The next MTV reality show should be THE REAL WORLD D.C. 2008. They should put all the candidates in one house and make them talk about EXACTLY where they stand on every issue. Text vote. Winner takes all.

They could follow it up and do the election for the rest of the gov officials like Trump does apprentice.

The sleepy heads would vote then.

lol, perhaps Huck and Ron will get their time afterall without Cocaine and Darth Romney.

Ron can hit both sides and hopefully get some good airtime.

Hmm Obama smiling and Ron not. Wonder who MTV likes better. Or maybe there are no smiling pictures of Dr. Paul anywhere in the whole wide world. :D

He's on the front page of a major website. Don't pick at the crumbs.

I dont' understand this format, are the Dems and Repubs going to be debating eachother at the same time or are they going to one than the other?

Also, is there any chance it will be more fair for paul? I know MTV is a viaslut affiliate, so i'm not sure if they will just shut him up here to.

I think the candidates will just campaign for the audience, alone. A debate between the four would be sweet, though.

Any one know how one might get into the studio?

"I hope this means they'll stop emailing us..."

It'll just change the Subject line of the e-mails from: "Will Ron Paul be on the show?" to "Thank you for putting Ron Paul on TV!". :D

I think this'll get us some new supporters. Perfect age-group for Paul's ideas.

It's better than the picture they used for Obama.

Seriously. Obama looks like Cheshire Cat in that picture. Ron looks like he's ready to go, in his picture. :)

The event will air on MTV (as well as MTV2 and MTV Tr3s, with highlights on mtvU), stream online at ChooseOrLose.com and MySpace.com, stream on mobile devices via MTV Mobile, broadcast live on XM Satellite Radio, MTV and AP radio, and be distributed live and on-demand through the Associated Press Online Video Network, which has more than 1,800 media sites, including nearly 600 media outlets in Super Tuesday states

Oh ma goodness!

I think each candidate will be standing with a microphone surrounded by kids and asked questions for like 10-15 minutes

i highly doubt they will be together

BTW, I hope if ROn bumps into Obama or Hitlery he reminds them that not all the Republicans are 'blindly following Bush' on foreign policy, infact he alone spoke out against the iraq war and warned about the consequences !

Oh don't you remember that Romney doesn't care about the voters? I still can't get over that...whether he was referring just to their money or not, it still didn't sound good.

Holy smoke! That picture of Obama make him look like he never laid of the cocaine.

Cool, we are side by side by the most hyped and projected front runner (world wide!) of the whole race. :)

"It will once again make use of a polling tool powered by Flektor that enables online viewers to indicate their approval or disapproval of candidates' responses throughout the course of the event, guiding the direction of the forum by giving the candidates real-time feedback. A popular-vote function will allow viewers to compare their opinions against those of the entire viewing community."

Is it our turn to play the part of Frank? We need to get organized on this! Watch it online rather than on MTV so you can approve the hell out of Ron Paul.

He'll be at a rally earlier that day in Texas, so I doubt he'll be there in NY in person. We will pump him up and prime him to kick butt via satellite!

Glad to see the invitation was not overlooked and was indeed accepted by Ron Paul....

NO doubt. The only reason they ended up inviting him was because MTV/Myspace were bombarded by emails. We would have looked like fools.
