Check out the digital billboard that went up in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on Wednesday the 30th and will run through Super Tuesday (Feb. 5)! The picture alternates between the two shown. While the pictures aren't too great, you can get an idea. In person, they are sparkling and gorgeous!
