And everyone else who is out to destroy our beloved country?? Seriously!!

Here's what we can do:

First, go to this website (http://www.jbs.org). Sign up for them to put you on notice of bills, laws, treaties the traitors in the House and Senate are voting into law (or store the website in your favorites), then make a point to go there at least once or twice a week to send an email or letter. If we have about 10,000 more people flooding their emails, faxes, and phones with protests and threats of removal from office if they even think about violating their oath of office to defend, protect, and uphold the Constitution.

At the right-hand side of the page, near the top find "Take Action", browse around to see what they have in store for us.

For example, did you know that our elected officials and civil "servants" have plans to take our beloved internet from us? They are trying to pass laws to allow the feds to control the internet. Think about this for a minute. What would you be doing right now if the internet went down or if you had to worry about what you said? Here is a partial description of what they hope to pass:

Basically, Mike McConnell wants to funnel everything that happens online through the National Security Agency, which would deprive everyone of anything resembling online privacy. According to the author of The New Yorker article:

In order for cyberspace to be policed, Internet activity will have to be closely monitored. Ed Giorgio, who is working with McConnell on the plan, said that would mean giving the government the authority to examine the content of any e-mail, file transfer, or Web search. "Google has records that could help in a cyber-investigation," he said. Giorgio warned me, "We have a saying in this business: 'Privacy and security are a zero-sum game.'"

That would be a clear violation of the Fourth Amendment, which protects Americans against unreasonable searches and seizures, and requires that any searches be conducted only upon issuance of a warrant under conditions of probable cause. If that isn't enough...

they also want to pass the "thought crimes" bill. This bill will make peaceful dissent illegal. A partial description of the bill follows:

Critics of the measure allege that it is a thinly veiled and dangerous attempt to criminalize dissent. Such concern is based on the bill's vague and open-ended language that, critics say, could be used by the government to trample basic rights to free speech and assembly and turn legitimate dissent into thought crimes.

The legislation, for instance, defines "violent radicalization" as "the process of adopting or promoting an extremist belief system for the purpose of facilitating ideologically based violence to advance political, religious, or social change." The bill makes no attempt to define what an "extremist belief system" might be. Nor does it define the action of "facilitating ideologically based violence." more on this here... I heard the other day, but didn't get confirmation of the validity of it, but nothing would surprise me, anymore, that someone was warned or was threatened with arrest for talking about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights?? Like I said, and you will agree after you see the bills they are trying their best to pass.

These people were elected by us to serve US, not themselves. We will have to get tougher on them. We have to use our God-given rights via the Constitution and the laws of the land to oust them LEGALLY! If we sit around and wait for someone else to do it, it will never get done.

Take responsibility now while we still have a chance. The John Birch Society makes it easy for us. Let's all take advantage of it.
